1 General Provisions

4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. The following must be observed:

• Login details must never be shared with any third party;
• A strong password must be used and changed regularly;
• Any suspicion of unauthorised login must be reported to the support team immediately;
• After logging in on a public or shared device, the user must log out.

vb345 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised activity on an account if it occurs due to the user's carelessness or negligence. Account management by a third party is not permitted under any circumstances.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on vb345:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account.
• Deposits made from a third-party account will be cancelled and may be returned.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 10x (deposit + bonus).
• Minimum first deposit to claim the bonus: ৳200.

• vb345 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on the user's regular activity and participation.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on vb345:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless vb345 makes a correction itself.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vb345 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
• If any event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be returned to the user's account.
• In sports betting, results will be determined according to announcements by the official governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL authority, etc.).
• If evidence of match fixing or use of insider information is found, the related bet and winnings will be cancelled.
• In live betting, vb345 reserves the right to suspend or close markets.

vb345 reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts and may impose betting limits on any account without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb345 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud and Deception: Opening an account with false information, using stolen payment details or any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to gain an advantage by circumventing bonus terms, or claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Collusion: Multiple users deliberately placing bets against each other to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Hacking: Using any bots, scripts or automation software to conduct gaming or betting activities.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illegal funds through the platform.
• Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your own account.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing or offensive conduct towards the support team or other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vb345 website and platform — including brand name, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and other materials — is the intellectual property of vb345 or its licensors.

Users must refrain from the following activities:

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension & Closure

vb345 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. In such cases, any valid balance will remain withdrawable.
