vb345 Responsible Gaming — Your Protection Is Our Commitment

vb345 believes that gaming should be enjoyable, not a burden. Use our responsible gaming guidelines and tools to keep your gaming experience healthy and in control.

What Is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming as a healthy form of entertainment — not as a source of financial loss or mental stress. vb345 places the highest importance on the wellbeing and safety of every player. Our platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.

Online gaming can be an enjoyable leisure activity, but it is important to stay aware before it becomes a problem. At vb345 we believe that responsible gaming is every player's right, and our responsibility is to support that. From setting deposit limits to self-exclusion — we have a solution for every level of need.

Important: Gaming is never a substitute for your income and you should not play with borrowed money. If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting your life, please contact our 24/7 live chat support.

At vb345, the commitment to responsible gaming is not just words — we back it up with real tools and support. After logging in to our platform, you can set various limits on your account yourself. These limits help you play in a more mindful and controlled way.

Remember: responsible gaming at vb345 is an ongoing process. We regularly monitor your gaming patterns and if any unusual activity is noticed, our team will reach out to you. Our goal is to ensure that every player's gaming experience remains enjoyable and safe at all times.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies to increasing a limit, but lowering one is instant. The minimum deposit amount at vb345 is ৳200.

Time-Out Feature

If you want to take a short break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily deactivate your account for 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in or bet on our platform. Once the break ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break, choose the self-exclusion option. You can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Attempting to open a new account during self-exclusion is prohibited. Contact our 24/7 live chat for assistance.

Bet Limit

Set a limit on the amount wagered in a single bet or across a session. This helps you enjoy gaming within a set budget and reduces the tendency to bet excessively on impulse. It is an effective step toward responsible gaming.

Reality Check

Keep reality check notifications turned on to remind yourself to take regular breaks. A pop-up will appear every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours, showing how long you have been playing and your total winnings or losses.

24/7 Support

Our Bengali-language 24/7 live chat support is always by your side for any issue. Our specialist team will respond immediately to any questions or requests for help related to responsible gaming. You can also reach us by email: [email protected]

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

Being honest about your own gaming habits is the first step toward responsible gaming. If any of the following signs apply to you, you should be cautious and seek help:

  • You are spending more than your budget or placing larger bets to chase losses
  • You are playing with borrowed money or funds set aside for your family
  • You want to stop gaming but cannot stop yourself

  • You feel irritable, anxious, or restless when you are not gaming

  • You keep coming back after losing, thinking "just one more round"

If even one of these signs applies to you, please do not delay — contact us. As part of vb345's commitment to responsible gaming, we are ready to help you get the right support.

Healthy Gaming Guidelines

The following guidelines are recommended for responsible gaming at vb345:

Set a budget: Decide how much money you can afford to spend before you start gaming. This amount should be a portion of your entertainment budget — do not use money meant for living expenses, savings, or your family's needs.

Set a time limit: Set a specific time limit for each gaming session. Keeping the reality check feature on will remind you to take regular breaks.

Do not chase losses: Accept losses when they happen. The mindset of "I will win it back" is the main cause of problematic gaming.

See gaming as entertainment: Slots or cricket betting are for fun — not for income. Outcomes are never guaranteed and every game depends on chance.

Do not play alone: Talk openly with family or trusted friends about your gaming habits. If you feel you have to play in secret, that is a warning sign.

Keep children away from access: Set up parental controls on your device and never share your login details with minors. vb345 is for those aged 21 and above only.
